Deep Tissue (60 Min)


Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity, and patients who have sustained physical injury. The Therapist uses various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being. Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. It is not uncommon for receivers of deep tissue massage to have their pain replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two. Deep tissue work varies greatly. The sessions are often quite intense as a result of the deliberate, focused work.

Hot Stone (60 Min)


Hot Stone Massage consists of traditional massage techniques with the incorporation of therapeutic heat through warm oil and perfectly heated basalt lava stones. The temperature aids in the healing process much like hot pads do. In addition each stroke with a massage stone is 10 times more effective than a traditional stroke. The benefits of this form of therapy come in two parts during the massage session. First, heat from the stones is placed on key parts of the body and along the spine. Almost instantly, the feeling of warmth, tranquility, and relaxation flows gently through the body. Second, the stones are used with massage strokes to multiply the effects. The flow of warmth is transferred deeper into the layers of tissue with the effectiveness of a deep tissue massage without the intensity.

This therapy Utilizes pure 100% therapeutic grade oils which are dropped onto specific areas of your body. The oils used have the ability to permeate the skin and are carried via the blood stream throughout the body to strengthen and heal internal systems. We start with a blend called valor on the feet, which helps to balance the body’s energy systems.  Specific oils are dropped onto the spine and smoothed in with light, specific massage.  As you smell the oils, feel the warmth, and sink into the table you will feel anxiety and tension melt away. The results can last for 7 days.

Reflexology, or zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. In reflexology, pressure that is applied to a particular reflex point can remedy problems that are associated with specific body parts and organs. Most people start noticing the benefits reflexology massage immediately. However, there are a few individuals who experience tiredness, need to urinate, weakness and other symptoms, although these often vanish on the succeeding session.

In all Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil, lotion, or cream and     performs various massage strokes that warm up   and work the soft tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle “knots” or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits. A Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or firm and may utilize stretches and joint movement. Ambient music and a warm neck pillow make this one of the most popular types of massage.
